National Senior Citizens Day (8/21): Keep the photo line open!

On August 19, 1988, President Ronald Reagan issued Proclamation 5847 declaring National Senior Citizens Day to be August 21.

On this day (and every day), we are encouraged to thank and appreciate all the elders in our society for their contributions, and especially the elders in our own lives.  One of the best ways to show our appreciation is to keep the communication line open; even though some elders experience reduced mobility and/or arthritis and can not type, they can still enjoy photos from friends and loved ones with easy swipes across the pictures or pages of pictures to move to the next one on a tablet.

With our simple click-to-select capability (multi-select allowed), photo feeds from friends and family can easily be set up for the elders to view immediately.

Some photos matter more than others – yours mean the world to the closest elders in your lives so enrich their lives today by always keeping your photo line open!

Just a side note: One of the reasons why Tapsbook was created was because the founders found it extremely time-consuming and difficult to share new photos with their parents who live in different parts of the country/world.
